W matrices
The elements of the W matrices corresponding to each one of the subsystems are
listed in a loop with the following data items:
- Subsystem code
- _cell_subsystem_code
For composite structures a code that links the anisotropic atom
parameters of a given atom or rigid group site to the subsystem
to which the site belongs.

- _cell_subsystem_description
The description of the subsystem.
- Elements of the W matrx
- _cell_subsystem_matrix_W_i_j
The elements W(i,j) of the matrix W for the current subsystem.
